The 36th Hamamatsu Conference of the Japan Society for Microbial Ecology and the 13th Asian Symposium on Microbial Ecology Held in Hamamatsu

Hosted in collaboration with the Institute of Green Science and Technology, the conference, chaired by Professor Hiroyuki Futamata of the New Energy Research Core, commenced today, November 27, and will span four days at Act City Hamamatsu. The event is expected to attract over 700 participants from both domestic and international locales. Professor Hiroyuki Kimura and Associate Professor Masaki Shintani of the New Energy Research Core are also participating as members of the conference's organizing committee.
